  • "Yes, I deposited $100 and then $10 in Cragen is the biggest scam I’ve ever known in my life first I try to withdraw the money into their krank sister app and claim did it went through, and then the funds never showed up in the other crank account and then I went back to look at my funds, and the history was totally deleted, and there was no history of my money so I showed him I took pictures of my deposit slips from my bank showing that they took $100 and then I showed them that their own emails that they sent me saying I had bought $100 I was withdrawing it to crank account and I showed them all the emails and they just kept coming back saying there is no transaction history. There is no transaction history and I kept showing him everything they need and they just stole my money they make you have to go through an email and they take days to get back to you. They don’t answer to anything that you’re posting and saying they just keep saying things to make you just keep going around and round in circles. I spent so many hours in three months and so much time just trying to get that hundred bucks back they claimed I had two accounts because when I signed up for the krank app I use my other email on accident not thinking that it would even matter well then all of a sudden they came back and said I have two accounts which you could use either email to sign in with, but it takes you to the same account and I explain this to them there’s only one account, but they still deleted the history of it even and then I threatened to sue and continue to show the deposit until they finally posted the money back and then I try to send it out to get it because I don’t trust these guys in the money won’t withdraw. They just keep it and then they froze my account and instead of me wanting information from them because it seems to be a scam. They want me to show my card that I purchased it with which I did on Apple Pay and I did show them the card and took pictures of front and back and did everything they asked and still they kept it on hold then bitcoin goes from 118 all the way down to wherever it is in my hundred dollar deposit goes from 100 down to $56 so they made my investment and cut it in half with holding onto my money and not allowing me to move it i’ve done everything they’ve asked. I proved that there’s only one account all they do is continue to do nothing I deposited $10. They said oh you were short like 50 something cents or 30 something cents you need to cover that and I went back to my bank statement and they got all $10 and they just took that too. It’s absolutely unbelievable. I’ve never seen a bigger scam in my life and now I’m gonna assume for millions and I’d let him know this. I tell him through email and still they just continue to hold onto my money and take it. I told him you need to pay me back my 110 bucks I want a refund I don’t get it. I told him I want to be paid for 100 hours or three months of email and nonstop and costing me so much time I need to pay me back for how much money I could’ve tripled my money if I would’ve went other places, but they’ve held it hostage the whole time. They literally took 110 bucks for me and then they just send you around and loops and loops and you never ever get to speak with a a human being. You have to wait on this email and I don’t know if it’s a bot to or what it is but they make you feel hopeless basically and I’m sure this is happening in thousands of people to wear a person just gives up and let them have it, but I’m not giving up. They’re not taking my 110 bucks and it was the last money I had before I started this other job so I needed that money. I have two kids and they literally held it for me and still are right now there’s nothing I could do. They won’t release it. They won’t refund my money. They just are taking it and there’s only one left one thing left to do and that’s to sue them so I’m gonna assume for a lot of money this stress the feeling of hopelessness the fact that they only allow you to speak with a bot that can’t even look at anything or see anything or do anything and then they make you go through email and you can’t just speak to him right away to fix this. You gotta wait and then they’ll tell me to do something I’ll do it. I’ll prove it and then they just you don’t hear back from them and then I email them back and then days later they’ll find the email me back in the middle of the night all weird And they just take your money. It is absolutely unbelievable that it’s supposed to be legitimate business obviously just takes peoples money and they feel like I was only 100 bucks just lost on that. I’ll not use them no more you do that with 1 million people how much money do you got million times 100 a lot of free money hundred million or whatever it be. I am gonna sue you for millions in your company is going all the way down because I’m gonna find everybody that’s how to deal with this everybody that felt hopeless "

  • "I cannot believe how Kraken abandons its customers when coins are being converted to something else. I found an internet article that Kraken was going to convert AI16z holdings to the new token. But after riding it down from .10 down to .02 cents, I found that Kraken was NOT going to convert its customers holdings, so I sold it all. Now it is apparently still being debated as that coin is now frozen. This is the SECOND time kraken has screwed me by not converting holdings from a coin being transitioned. I am apparently wasting time and money with Kraken when other exchanges take better care of their customer base."
